This page explains in plain language what Rovexa collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect from you

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type in:

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about whether Rovexa is a good fit. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.

Information we handle for our clients

When we set up systems for a business, those systems process that business's enquiries and customer details on its behalf. That can include names, contact details and the content of enquiry emails. Each client's information is kept in its own sheet and connection, separate from other businesses. The client business decides what is done with its customers' information.

Some systems may use an AI service to read an enquiry email and pick out details such as the job type and suburb. Quotes are always approved by the business owner before they go to a customer.

Follow-up emails

Follow-up emails are sent from the client business, using wording the business has agreed. They stop when the customer replies and keep to a set number of messages.

Who else sees your information

We use everyday tools such as email, spreadsheets and automation software to run our systems. The providers of those tools process information on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. If you are a customer of one of our clients, you can ask that business directly. To contact us, send an enquiry through the form on our homepage and mention that it is a privacy request.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top.
